What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the employer’s ML-driven ads ranking and personalization systems
Define the optimization framework to balance the employer’s goals, advertiser objectives, and consumer experience
Design the architecture and integration between the ad server and ML systems
Lead the development of ranking models, features, and infrastructure for effective ad delivery
Establish experimentation and evaluation frameworks to drive measurable improvement in relevance and advertiser ROI
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of product management experience in ML-powered ranking, personalization, recommendation, ads, or search systems
Deep understanding of ML ranking, feature engineering, real-time scoring, and user behavior modeling
Proven ability to set strategy and prioritize roadmaps in fast-paced environments
Strong technical fluency to collaborate with Engineering, ML, Data Science, and Analytics teams
Experience balancing competing objectives in a two-sided marketplace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in ads relevance, auction mechanics, targeting, or marketplace optimization
Demonstrated strength in driving measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments
