Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides full service in‑and‑out processing support for service members, contractors, and civilians.

Provides a control element for S‑1/3 AG in‑and‑out processing activities.

Oversees the contractor operation of the SRPC Reception Control Front Desk, Briefing Room, and Scheduling Desk.

Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Sets goals and deadlines for the functional area.

Analyzes internal processes and recommends and implements procedural or policy changes to improve operations.

Supervises all personnel (Chiefs, Leads, Traffic Clerks, and Schedulers for Traffic and AG Leads, and AG Clerks).

Supervises and oversees Administrative Supervisor reports.

Supervises SRPC briefings for service members, DOD civilians, and contractors.

Supervises the process of DD 214 and DD Form 93 for NLC’s (Non‑Log Cap), Scheduling, Traffic Movement Control, Adjutant General (AG), and Final out sections.

Supervises the Scheduling department (rosters, emails, appointment confirmations, and the process of the DD 214’s and DD 93’s).

Prepares and submits documents for T1 investigations (DD Form 1172, Form 306, Fort Bliss Form: Request for Personnel Security Action (RPSA)) to start a Common Access Card (CAC) process.

Submits memorandum for lost, stolen or confiscated ID card (CAC).

Daily maintains a Standard Form 701 (SF 701) Activity Security Checklist.

Maintains and submits documents for NIPR access (DD Form 2875, Cyber training, Army IT Use Access Agreement) and grants access to DOD systems such as ATCTS accounts.

Assists RSG BLDG Operations with rosters, process, MOB/DEMOB.

Attends weekly & monthly meetings and sync meetings as needed.

Oversees Chiefs / Leads / Traffic Clerks & Traffic Schedulers.

Advises APM on any issues.

Ensures adherence to all TLC Policies accessed through Deltek Costpoint.

This position supports the DOD on a federal installation and requires availability at the assigned physical location during business hours (8:00 AM‑4:30 PM, M‑F).

NON‑ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties as assigned/approved by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Oversees and monitors employee performance, training, development, and recognition.

Creates work schedules and keeps team members informed of mission report times.

Ensures all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner according to set policy and standard.

Ensures all employees are compliant with Company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Essential

High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

Three (3) years directly relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.

Two (2) years Military Administrative Support Operations experience.

Two (2) years Leadership or Staff experience.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing and files/records management.

Basic knowledge of military programs and social services.

Strong customer service skills.

Knowledge of business management principles involved in planning.

Knowledge of Army rank structure and military unit relationships.

Knowledge of mobilization/demobilization operations IAW FORSCOM Regulation 500‑3‑1 through 500‑3‑5.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services (e.g., customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards).

Ability to monitor/assess performance of self, other individuals, and organizations to make improvements or task corrective action.

Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, comprehend and explain instructions, letters, memos, emails, and correspondence from inside the organization as well as from external sources. Ability to effectively respond, communicate and present information to customers, internal and external, clients and other employees. Ability to interpret instructions and information and explain to others in English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is generally performed in an office environment requiring sitting or standing and working on a computer for long periods. Required to walk, stand, sit and move about the property for long periods. Essential functions may involve bending, stooping, walking or standing for prolonged periods. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Requires visual acuity to review written documentation; hearing and understanding at normal room levels and on the telephone; manual dexterity to operate a cell phone, handheld radio, telephone, and keyboard.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/HOURS This position is not eligible for remote work. Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi‑line telephone system. Work may be 10 + hours per day. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment and accommodate weekends and holidays.

EXPECTATIONS

Transportation & Access: Reliable transportation to and from work and access to military installations.

Background & Drug Screening: Employment requires passing a background check and pre‑employment drug screening. Random drug and alcohol testing may also occur.

Timesheets: Record actual work hours daily and ensure entries are accurate and timely.

Dress & Punctuality: Arrive on time and dress appropriately for the shift.

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS All employees are required to undergo an initial background investigation as a condition of employment. Employees may be subject to subsequent investigations if warranted. Employees assigned to federal installations must also comply with government‑mandated investigations. Employment and continued assignment to federal installations are contingent upon meeting these requirements.
