Supply Chain Management Associate Texas Children's Hospital welcomes applications for the position of Supply Chain Management Associate.

Job Description We are searching for a Supply Chain Management Associate – someone who works well in a fast‑paced setting. In this role, you will ensure the proper stocking and delivery of supplies, linen, equipment, and products throughout the hospital.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform supply and linen logistics duties when assigned; maintain accurate PAR levels in the supply rooms, including linen carts and pillows; count and restock to PAR level; ensure patient‑charge labels are created for appropriate products.

Provide customer service: answer the phone within 3 rings and respond to pages within 10 minutes; respond to all customer requests courteously and professionally.

Receive, process, and deliver DME, products, and medical supplies to departments within established guidelines; deliver products, packages, and ad‑hoc supply requests to the designated delivery area in the requesting department.

Track DME accurately and timely; assist the Biomedical Engineering Department with recovering equipment needing service.

Successfully complete duties and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel and as per policy and procedure.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Required: 1 year of materials handling/distribution or customer service; preferred: experience in a medical setting.
