Responsibilities
Monitor EDI and system integrations to identify and resolve order failures and processing delays
Perform daily inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
Process orders, cancellations, and other transactional activities within ERP and OMS systems
Build and distribute KPIs, performance reporting, and trend analysis to stakeholders
Draft, update, and maintain SOPs and process documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
4+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain operations, or order management
Strong working knowledge of ERP and OMS systems, preferably SAP S4/ECC
Proficiency in Excel and reporting/visualization tools, such as Power BI
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EDI and system-to-system integrations
Familiarity with external retail portals or third-party platforms
Experience improving or redesigning operational processes
Knowledge of master data processes and item setup workflows
Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently
