Scope The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the proper entry and maintenance of all sales order transactions in accordance with approved procedures. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will act as the liaison between external field sales representatives and/or direct customers ensuring that complete communication is met at all times concerning any issues that may impact the delivery of their product. This position requires attention to detail, proven communication skills, basic data entry skills, the ability to work in a professional office setting, and the aptitude to comprehend basic technical information derived from customer supplied data.

Duties and Responsibilities

Forward notification of time-critical prospective data sets to the Data Receipt Technician

Prepare and forward quote packages to the Quoting Department

Communicate completed quote package to proper destination in prompt manner

Flow down Customer Purchase Order requirement, contract review

Ensure expeditious entry of all sales order transactions including, but not limited to, order changes and cancellations

Provide sales order acknowledgment/confirmation in a timely manner

Field customer inquiries concerning order status

Ensure adequate communication to the customer concerning any issues that may impact the on-time delivery of their product

Perform other department or company-related tasks at the direction of the department Supervisor

Essential Knowledge and Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills, must speak, read, and write English fluently

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Excellent telephone and email skills; position communicates with numerous personnel, both inside and outside the company

Must have the demeanor and temperance to work effectively in a customer service and fast‑paced environment

Must work well in a team environment

Must have effective problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Must be detail-oriented and extremely accurate

Ability to type 30 words per minute

General knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Printed circuit board knowledge is preferred

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience working in a Customer Service/Inside Sales role, preferably with a multi-site manufacturing or distribution field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Customer Service/Inside Sales role.

Compensation and Benefits TTM offers a variety of health and well‑being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

$37,469 - $59,225

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Export Statement Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
