The Hotel General Manager will lead a full‑time, on‑site team in San Antonio, TX to deliver high‑quality service standards, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction for a Marriott Hotel. Responsibilities include: Managing daily operations and leading the hotel team. Overseeing budgets and ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards. Driving revenue growth and maintaining operational excellence. Supervising customer service and food & beverage operations. Fostering a positive team culture. Qualifications
Strong general management and business management experience in hotel operations. Proven expertise in customer service excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Knowledge of food & beverage management including restaurant and event operations in a hotel setting. Demonstrated leadership, communication and team‑building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
