Project Manager
Position type: Full time, Contract. Duration: 12+ months. Location: 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
Leadership Communication: Inspire teams and communicate effectively across all levels.
Planning & Organization: Manage timelines, priorities, and complex work efforts.
Strong sense of urgency and escalation paths to keep projects on track.
Project Management: Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; tools like MS Project and JIRA.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of IT terminology and processes.
Problem‑Solving & Analytical Thinking: Address challenges and make data‑driven decisions.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed organization.
Bilingual; will work with Mexico and Brazil teams.
Certified Project Manager.
Extensive experience with Banking/Financial domain clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, MS Project.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese).
Certified PM (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
Experience in Finance/Banking domain preferred.
Salary Range $57 - $62 per hour. Pay range will be based on education, experience, location, job duties, and certifications.
