Our Crew Managers typically have prior food‑service or management experience and are caring, responsible, and trustworthy leaders.
Your day‑to‑day tasks will include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and operating the fryer/griddle.
We are a fourth‑generation family business that looks after all team members.
Team‑member safety, pandemic or not, is our highest priority.
For more than a century we have taken measures big and small to keep our work environment healthy, safe, and harmonious.
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay; the position starts at the minimum rate listed in this posting, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun.
1+ year of food‑service or management experience.
Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
