Platform Launch Manager II – Solenis

Major Responsibilities
Participate in project evaluation and selection process (5%)
Assemble launch team with the resources required to deliver the financial goals of the project (5%)
Lead launch team in developing the launch package, including sales training, equipment, internal and external marketing communication packages (20‑40%)
Lead the launch team in executing market launch, countering competitive response, modifying launch strategy, determining if a secondary market exists, developing a plan for continued growth and product refreshment (40‑60%)
Work with business management to resolve any supply chain issues (5‑10%)
Work with R&D on quality issues and product refreshment (5‑10%)

The expected compensation range for this position is between $139,700.00 and $232,800.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
