Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing Legal and/or Financial services, coupled with call center and customer service center experience, with a focus on ensuring compliance with established business rules and achieving key performance metrics. The Deputy Program Manager will assist in overseeing the delivery of Financial and Legal services to disabled veterans and their caregivers, supervising Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Supervisors, Paralegals and Financial paraprofessionals, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt

Location: Hybrid – Stafford, VA Office

Anticipated Start Date: March 2026

Position Responsibilities

Assist Program Manager with governance, planning, and execution of contract deliverables.

Oversee operational workflows and ensure SLA compliance.

Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Support risk management, incident response, and stakeholder communication.

Prepare reports and assist with data analysis for monthly and quarterly reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or related field (Master’s preferred).

10+ years of experience in program or operations management.

Experience with call center operations and compliance-driven environments.

Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs programs.

Familiarity with HIPAA, Section 508 compliance, and government contracting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience with 24/7/365 operations.
