The Business Office Manager is responsible for all business‑office tasks at the center level for the specific location. Duties include accounts payable/receivable, resident trust, payroll, documentation flow, general administrative, and Human Resources functions such as daily cash deposits and mail distribution. The role ensures timely data entry into accounting systems, maintains accurate trust‑accounting records, handles billing, resident accounts, wages, and invoice processing, and coordinates private‑pay accounts receivable collection and Medicaid eligibility holding. Responsibilities

Perform all business‑office duties at the center level. Maintain accurate and complete trust‑accounting records, census information, billing, and resident accounts receivable statements. Process wages, payroll, and invoices for the nursing center. Collect private‑pay accounts receivable and work with residents/families regarding Medicaid eligibility. Coordinate the daily flow of required documentation to and from the billing partner. Required Education & Experience

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent job‑specific experience). Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain regular attendance. Computer proficiency with Microsoft products. Accounting proficiency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi‑task. Preferred Education & Experience
