Description As a Manager of Facility Management at MountainView Hospital, you will oversee the daily operations of the Facility Management department, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations in a busy acute care setting.
Responsibilities
Oversee facility maintenance schedules and coordinate personnel and contractors for repairs and renovations.
Maintain inventory of infrastructure assets, maintenance tools, and supplies using HCA Healthcare technology platforms.
Remain current on federal, state, and local regulatory code standards, ensuring compliance and safety.
Collaborate with the Director of Facility Management to develop and implement facility strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years of facility management experience, OR
Associate’s degree or trade/technical certification/license with 5+ years of facility management experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role, OR
5+ years of facility management experience, including 3 years supervisory.
Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
