About the Location Experience elevated luxury at Maui’s most glamorous oceanfront resort. Role Overview We are looking for a passionate Guest Services Coordinator who strives for excellence in a fast‑paced work environment. This position reports to the Guest Services Management Team.
Responsibilities
Acts as a welcoming agent for all incoming and outgoing guests, including recognition of VIP, return guests, and club floor guests.
Coordinates all bellman and driver activities.
Assists in arranging transportation for guests.
Controls bell desk operations and issues leis to guests.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent experience.
One to two years of luxury hotel experience, preferably rooms division.
Strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency and communication skills; excellent customer service orientation.
Proficient in operating computer equipment.
Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
