Hourly Rate: $13.50

Job Description
Manage multiple property locations independently, working inside and outside the site
Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily business
Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk or traverse facilities for up to 50 % of time, including outdoor environments, stairs, and large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and keeping exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Qualifications Experience:
Background in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation:
Valid driver’s license required; own vehicle to travel between locations and for other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
