Job Summary A Dental Office Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations, ensures high patient satisfaction, leads the team, schedules staff, manages patient accounts, presents treatment options, and reports performance metrics. The role also supports office growth and may involve traveling to new locations.
Responsibilities
Coordinating daily office operations and staff workflow.
Resolving patient service issues and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Leading, mentoring, and developing the dental team.
Fostering a positive team culture and morale.
Creating and managing staff schedules.
Auditing patient accounts for billing accuracy.
Presenting treatment plans and assisting patients with financial options.
Analyzing office performance metrics and preparing reports.
Handling additional tasks to support office success.
Traveling to DeNovo offices as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in a dental setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive, welcoming demeanor for patients and staff.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in fast‑paced environments.
Willingness to travel to new or acquired offices.
