The EIR will serve as a practical, high-level resource for engineering students and faculty interested in technology commercialization, product development, and startup creation.

Host Workshops: Lead practical workshops and seminars on topics such as lean startup methodologies, intellectual property, and market analysis. Connect to Industry: Act as a liaison to the regional and national entrepreneurial ecosystem, connecting students and faculty with key industry partners and potential investors.

Qualifications Significant, verifiable hands-on experience as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage leader in a technology or engineering-focused venture. A bachelor's degree in engineering or science is strongly preferred. Experience in technology transfer, successful funding rounds (seed, Series A), and prior mentorship/advisory roles.
