Job Summary As a QA/QC Specialist at Hutton, you’ll ensure every project meets our high‑quality standards. You’ll review designs, inspect installations, and verify compliance with architectural and engineering plans, manufacturer recommendations, and Hutton standards. Working closely with project teams, clients, and trade partners, you’ll help deliver safe, functional, and high‑quality projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Champion Hutton’s values—lead, inspire, respect, and construct while building strong relationships, mentoring others, and setting the tone for quality.
Represent client interests, build trust with trade partners, and keep teams aligned to deliver successful outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen QA/QC programs, integrate Hutton Building Standards, and train team members on expectations.
Review drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability and quality, coordinate with designers and engineers, and lead preconstruction meetings and mockups.
Conduct jobsite walkthroughs, inspections, and first‑in‑place checks; coordinate testing, and prepare quality reports to ensure compliance with design and manufacturer standards.
Provide feedback to improve quality processes, resolve issues with project teams and trade partners, and maintain organized QAQC resources for team access.
