A top-tier corporate law team is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This role offers hands‑on exposure to M&A, private equity, and corporate finance transactions, with the opportunity to work directly with clients and lead deal teams of associates and paralegals.
About the Team:
Join a collaborative corporate group advising clients on complex M&A, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions. The team is recognized for its client-focused approach, mentorship, and entrepreneurial culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support M&A and corporate finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
Manage complex due diligence processes and coordinate associates and paralegals on deal execution.
Advise clients on corporate governance, structuring, and strategic legal matters.
Interface with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Who You Are
4–6 years of corporate/M&A transactional experience at a law firm.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage deal teams and coordinate complex transactions.
Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing, with excellent academic credentials.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $250,000–$280,000 (DOE)
