Responsibilities

Manage multiple buildings in Los Angeles County.

Assist portfolio managers in budget development, maintenance reconciliations, and vendor/tenant relations.

Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Maintain spreadsheets and support data accuracy.

Qualifications

Five years of hands‑on building management experience.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Yardi Voyager.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented.

Highly organized self‑starter who can meet demanding deadlines.
