Role and Responsibilities
Lead strategic and operational initiatives that drive revenue growth, execute customer initiatives, optimize sales processes, and strengthen cross‑functional collaboration across National Retail and Strategic Accounts and their partners.
Develop scalable solutions, improve business efficiency, and ensure alignment with company objectives through innovative sales strategies and operational excellence.
Manage execution of strategic and operational plans, measure, and deliver results to meet or exceed sales goals.
Lead cross‑functional task‑force teams with key customers to drive sales, improve partnership and efficiency.
Help set up new customers or new categories within existing customers.
Turn disparate data and reports into insights, driving increased visibility to leadership and enabling faster escalations and resolutions.
Lead large‑scale process‑improvement initiatives, including project management, process design, development, and implementation.
Develop and track key sales KPIs, establish regular business review rhythms, and define escalation paths for cross‑functional resolutions.
Partner with business owners or leadership teams to establish continuous performance and quality improvement efforts.
Identify, document, and scale sales capability and operational best practices across all National Retail and Strategic accounts.
Streamline sales approval processes.
Validate business plans, ROI, and forecasts with category business operation teams, helping the GM hold sub‑accounts more accountable to key metrics.
Track accounts’ progress to KPI/bonus objectives.
Gather information to identify improvement strategies by navigating the organization and driving change‑management processes.
Stay educated on industry and competitive situations, tying customer and competitor earnings reports to account and Samsung strategy.
Track and support annual customer negotiations.
Support major customer events such as international travel and top‑to‑top customer meetings.
Continuously refine systems and processes to align with evolving business strategies and industry standards.
Provide support for ongoing communications and negotiations with existing customers to ensure satisfactory performance, identify customer needs, resolve issues, and develop new business opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS). MS/MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar role or occupation performing sales, management consulting, project management, system implementations, budget management, and/or financial and operational analysis.
Proven track record in sales, consulting, process improvement, operational strategy, and/or cross‑functional leadership.
Experience managing large budgets and explaining investment allocation tied to short‑ and long‑term business growth.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget planning, ROI analysis, and collaboration with finance teams.
Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Experience in financial and operational analysis and presentation to executive management teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify areas of process improvement and manage improvement projects.
Experience in business process review and analysis, managing departmental and project budgets.
In‑depth use and knowledge of SAP platform, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Six Sigma certification is a plus.
