We are seeking an experienced and motivated Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant with 5-7 years of overall experience and at least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation experience within the Utilities industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, hands‑on implementation skills, and a proven track record supporting Utilities sector clients. You will be responsible for advising clients, designing industry‑specific solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM systems for Utilities organizations. Responsibilities
Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and upgrade projects within the Utilities sector, from requirements gathering through deployment and support. Collaborate with Utilities clients and stakeholders to analyze business processes, challenges, and requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including— but not limited to— Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, and Planning, tailored to Utilities industry requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business needs, demonstrate proposed solutions, and resolve project‑related issues for Utilities clients. Develop functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials with a focus on Utilities‑specific processes. Work closely with technical teams to ensure integrations with other business applications (ERP, Finance, third‑party systems) are seamless and compliant with Utilities industry standards. Provide ongoing post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and process enhancement for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions in the Utilities sector. Remain current on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM features, releases, Utilities industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Support pre‑sales activities for Utilities prospects, including solution design, industry‑fit analysis, and project estimation as required.
