What would you be doing?
Permanent part‑time opportunity to make a full‑time impact on a child's life (10–20 hours on average).
Center‑based treatment involves working directly with the child and the family to teach skills such as communicating, sharing, playing, waiting, and other essential life skills.
Maintain engaging, play‑based sessions.
Receive training to feel confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism.
Physical Demands : Working in clients’ natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
What do you bring to the role?
Minimum high school diploma.
Active RBT certification preferred.
A love and passion for working with children.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with appropriate insurance.
Web‑enabled device (laptop or tablet).
Consistent availability for at least 3–5 weekdays per week for a minimum of six months.
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.
Compensation We believe in fair and competitive compensation. $20–27 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field. Drive‑time pay available between sessions.
