Packaging Operator (3rd Shift)

Location: New Hope, MN Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 pm–6:45 am (3rd shift)
Responsibilities
Set up, process (package), and clean equipment in Liquids/Semi‑Solids (LSS) or Oral Solid Dose (OSD) Filling/Packaging areas.
Provide material handling support for the line(s) as needed.
Ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, MN OSHA regulations and all operating procedures, and follow SOPs.
Compensation Hourly rate $18.00–$25.00 (base) plus $2.25 shift premium. Exact amount depends on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
Experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift operation experience or certification.
Experience in FDA‑controlled or cGMP pharmaceutical/packaging environment.
Physical Requirements
Stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 lb frequently.
Ascend and descend stepladders.
Push or pull up to 900 lb (or equivalent) using a manual cart.
Stoop, squat, bend, and reach laterally or overhead occasionally.
Frequently grasp objects with sufficient visual and auditory acuity.
Additional Qualifications
Basic math and reading comprehension; read, speak, and understand instructions in English.
Follow standard work and SOPs; focus deeply on tasks and maintain records.
Basic computer skills; navigate computer‑based training systems.
Effective communication as part of a work team.
Key Competencies
