Title: Service Project Manager (Contract) Duration: 12 months Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary The Service Project Manager will support the Pinnacle project, specifically the SAP transition from P40 to P58. This role is focused on minimizing customer impact during cutover for online services, including Team Play Fleet and the e-commerce platform. The position will provide back-end and customer-facing support to ensure continuity of service, smooth onboarding, and effective issue resolution during the transition period.

Key Responsibilities

Provide back-end support for online tools and customer-facing activities during SAP transition

Assist customers with portal registration, SAP connectivity issues, and data-related concerns

Support customer onboarding for online services and platforms

Respond to and follow up on customer surveys and feedback

Guide customers through websites and online tools

Conduct or support small product demonstrations as needed

Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate customer impact during cutover activities

Work Details

Hybrid role based out of the Cary office (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

No travel required

Standard business hours, Monday-Friday

Qualifications Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

Entry-level candidates with 0-5 years of experience considered; training will be provided

Required Skills

Strong digital skill set and comfort working with online tools and technology

Customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to lead or support small product demonstrations

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

SAP experience

E-commerce or marketing background

Interest in healthcare or technology-driven services

Interview Process

Two interview rounds: initial virtual interview followed by onsite interview

Possible third round for senior-level approval
