What You'll Do
As a
Warehouse Associate in our Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse , you will play a key role in our daily operations by ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values reliability, hard work, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect inbound freight; report any damage
Use barcode scanners to verify and track shipments
Sort, count, package, and prepare materials for shipment
Operate industrial-powered lift equipment (hi-lo)
Conduct and assist with inventory counts
Resolve inventory discrepancies with team support
Wrap and balance pallets per shipping requirements
Restock inventory per warehouse guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What You Bring
2+ years of warehouse experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
Experience with hi-lo or forklift equipment (stand-up reach forklift a plus)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
