Key Responsibilities
Must have basic pipefitter hand tools.
Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Piping material applications: Steel/carbon pipe, Copper Pipe, PVC/PVC pipe, Poly Pipe, Stainless Steel pipe and Aluminum pipe, including piping layout.
Receives direct supervision and performs technical responsibilities.
Coordinates own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities under established procedures.
Contributes to a team under general supervision of an experienced professional or manager.
Skilled specialist that demonstrates reliable judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations.
Promote a positive learning environment in mentoring and directing of apprentices.
Perform testing, inspecting, and recording.
Able to perform different type of offsets (rolling, 45, 22.5, etc.)
Maintain all tools and equipment in serviceable condition.
Use materials and other resources conservatively to promote project success and profitability.
Install all systems and products per code, specifications, submittals, and contract documents.
Provide applicable input promptly to maintain current As-Built record drawings
Desired Skills
Previous Water/ Wastewater experience
Setting Pumps and equipment
Cutting beveling multiple types of pipe (PVC, CPVC, Stainless Steel)
