We are seeking a

Business Analyst – Enterprise Systems & AI Adoption

to join our team. This role will bridge business operations, technology, and data, ensuring that enterprise systems are optimized, processes are improved, and AI tools are effectively integrated and adopted across the organization. The ideal candidate is equal parts system configurator, process improvement specialist, data analyst, and AI adoption champion.

This position is Monday to Friday, in office, located in Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and support enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, CMS, and related platforms).

Act as a primary liaison between business users and IT for system enhancements and issue resolution.

Manage user permissions, workflows, and integrations to align with business needs.

Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for operational consistency.

Process Improvement & Training:

Map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes.

Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and translate them into system and process solutions.

Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions to ensure adoption of tools and systems.

Serve as a trusted advisor for change management and new system rollouts.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc queries across enterprise systems.

Translate business needs into actionable insights, leveraging SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools.

Perform trend analysis, data validation, and KPI reporting to inform leadership decisions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment across multiple systems.

AI Tools Adoption & Optimization:

Evaluate and stay current with emerging AI tools (digital assistants, automation platforms, analytics copilots, etc.).

Drive adoption strategies by aligning AI capabilities with business goals.

Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights.

Create frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for effective AI tool usage.

Measure and report on AI adoption success and ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

Proven experience in configuring, supporting, and maintaining enterprise applications. > Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate, property management, or similar industries (a plus).

Hands‑on exposure to AI‑driven platforms and enterprise automation solutions.

Project management or agile methodology experience.
