Responsibilities
Represent FIFA’s Accreditation interests in the assigned regional cluster to oversee two or more host‑city venue accreditation sites.
Manage the appropriate ACR venue staff within the assigned regional cluster.
Assist with the development and implementation of accreditation policies and procedures.
Help plan and assure delivery of fully equipped Accreditation Centres (overlay, technology, power, lighting, FF&E).
Assist in the development of requirements, tender, select and manage suppliers for Accreditation consumables.
Coordinate with and support the Access Management Department regarding accreditation access control, including system testing.
Manage the accreditation consumable stock management for all accreditation facilities within the assigned cluster.
Travel within the cluster to applicable venues as required during the pre‑event planning stage and reside in an agreed‑upon venue during the tournament event window, traveling between venues as needed.
Perform additional tasks as required by project demands.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Lower degree acceptable if experience compensates.
Football (soccer) accreditation knowledge is a plus.
FIFA accreditation knowledge is a plus.
Effective interpersonal communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Absolute attention to detail.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Good judgement, superb integrity, maturity, and fairness in dealing with people.
Work Experience
5+ years of experience in accreditation operations.
Single‑sport, multi‑venue event experience.
Experience leading a multi‑cultural team and communicating within a multi‑cultural organization.
Experience working across different time zones.
Comfortable working in multi‑lingual environments.
Languages
Fluent in English. Spanish proficiency may be a plus.
Technology
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Miro, and other planning software and online collaboration tools.
3D modeling applications proficiency is a plus.
Experience with Accreditation Systems is a plus.
