ZSWS is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are looking for an attorney with strong courtroom, research, and writing skills, and can effectively manage a broad range of matters cases from intake through trial. Responsibilities
Represent clients in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and mediations. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case strategy. Manage all aspects of litigation, including client communication, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Work collaboratively with partners and staff to achieve excellent results for clients. Qualifications
Licensed in Indiana. 2+ years of litigation experience preferred (willing to consider strong candidates with less). Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Commitment to client service and professional growth. What We Offer
