Supporting oil & gas litigation and dispute resolution as needed
Regulatory compliance and operational counseling
Collaborating with clients, landmen, and internal legal teams
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR • Junior to mid‑level attorney (approximately 2‑6 years of experience) • Oil & gas background is required (title, upstream, litigation, or transactions) • Ability to work on‑site in San Antonio • Strong legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills
