Contracts Administrator

> Roles And Responsibilities
Manage and administer contracts and agreements between the organization and external parties.
Ensures efficient and effective accomplishment of all contractual requirements.
Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
Leads and conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration of highly complex major contracts or subcontracts.
Provides corrective action plans, proposal submittals, and effective management of subcontractors.
Liaises with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract issues, mitigate risks, and facilitate contract modifications.
Maintains contract documentation and records.
Supports contract transition.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree and 8+ years of experience.
Citizenship And Clearance
US Citizen
Active Secret security clearance.
Technical Knowledge
Reviews/negotiates contract terms and conditions and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Reviews and resolves all issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction with legal requirements, company and customer objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience managing government contracts.
Training in Contract Law.
Ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels, both written and oral.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customers and build strong relationships.
Scheduled Weekly Hours
Normal hours of operation (0730–1630 hours).
40 hours, 5 days a week.
Travel
May require travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, expect approximately 5%.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Basic Compensation $119,800 - $149,700 (range for the CO area only; compensation based on location, experience, clearance, etc.)
