Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawn Technician role located in Homer Glen, IL. The Lawn Technician will be responsible for providing top-quality lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, and pest management. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing lawn health issues, applying treatments, customer communication, and maintaining equipment. This role requires adherence to safety standards, reliability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in lawn care, plant health, pest control, and general landscaping
Strong technical skills in safely handling and applying treatments using equipment and machinery
Customer service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to assess lawn health issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor conditions
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Practical experience in a similar role or interest in horticulture or environmental science is a plus
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to industry best practices
