Position Summary Anistar is seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Outside Plant (OSP) telecommunications projects, including fiber optic, aerial, and underground construction. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget, while serving as the bridge between engineering, operations, subcontractors, and field execution. The OSP Project Manager drives project schedules, budgets, quality, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through close-out.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end OSP projects including fiber deployments, conduit installation, aerial and underground construction
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with engineering, permitting, make-ready, and construction teams
Oversee subcontractors and field crews to ensure quality and productivity
Track and report project progress, risks, and change orders
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including ROW and utility requirements
Manage permitting, pole attachment, and utility coordination
Conduct site walks, inspections, and progress meetings
Review and approve invoices, material usage, and labor costs
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-builts and close-out packages
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and stakeholders
