This role is responsible for company documentation, scheduling, bookkeeping, and day-to-day coordination. The Office Manager provides structure and consistency across administrative processes, ensuring that details are handled accurately and on time. Reports to the Director of Administration. Responsibilities

Provide Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) for office administration functions. Maintain company documentation, including the operations manual, NDAs, LLC agreements, census data, and related records. Oversee and coordinate daily events to ensure smooth execution. Manage scheduling for meetings, staff functions, and operational activities. Oversee office administrative duties, including coordination of the Customer Service weekend schedule and weekly team meetings. Perform bookkeeping responsibilities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month end close. Manage sales tax compliance for 30+ states. Manage payroll provider software including maintaining accurate personnel records and payroll processing. Manage job postings, including managing the recruiting process from job posting to interview scheduling, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes. Support other administrative duties as assigned. Results

Administrative processes are structured, documented, and consistently followed. Company records are accurate, current, and organized. Daily events and scheduling are coordinated effectively, minimizing conflicts and delays. Office administrative tasks are executed reliably and on schedule. Bookkeeping is accurate, reconciled, and completed in a timely manner. Sales tax compliance is maintained and filings are processed in a timely manner. Personnel records are accurately maintained. Recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding process are run efficiently. The office runs smoothly with clear accountability for administrative details. Requirements

Several years of experience in office administration, operations, or a related field. Experience with bookkeeping practices and software, including AP, AR, and bank reconciliation. Experience with QuickBooks Online is necessary for the role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail. Proficiency with office management software like Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, carrying out responsibilities with minimal direction, while also collaborating effectively across the organization. Additional Information:

We are willing to consider part-time at approximately 30 hours a week. Offers of employment at Tenicor are contingent upon clearance of a background check, which includes education and employment verification, a criminal background check, and a motor vehicle report.
