Oline Construction is expanding our presence across the Southeast, and we’re looking for a dynamic
Regional Operations Manager
to lead operations throughout the
Atlanta metro and the broader Southeast region . This senior-level leadership role oversees the full lifecycle of construction projects — and just as importantly, the people, strategy, and business unit driving growth across multiple southeastern markets.

As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll guide all aspects of construction operations across the
Southeast , from preconstruction strategy and staffing to client relationships and business performance. This role will require travel up to 25% of the time to visit project sites, support teams in multiple states, and strengthen regional client partnerships.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all construction operations across the
Atlanta and Southeast region
Oversee multiple project teams to ensure delivery aligns with quality, budget, and schedule expectations
Partner with leadership and preconstruction on project acquisition, client development, and early project strategy
Hire, mentor, and develop regional operations staff, including Superintendents, Project Managers, and Preconstruction professionals
Manage full P&L responsibility for the Southeast business unit — budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance
Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence are upheld across all projects
Collaborate with design, estimating, and development teams to ensure alignment from concept through completion
Build and strengthen relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to support repeat business and regional brand growth
Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and expansion across Southeast markets
Serve as the face of Oline Construction in the Southeast — embodying our values of integrity, accountability, and teamwork
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial or industrial construction
Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects and teams simultaneously
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Deep understanding of preconstruction, field operations, scheduling, and project delivery
Experience building or leading a regional construction market is highly preferred
A self-driven, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to travel approximately
25%
across the Southeast
