Salary range:

$70,000 – $75,000 per year

Schedule:

Wednesday – Saturday 2 p.m. until completion + Weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Direct operations activities and teammates for one or more functions within a Distribution Center (DC).

Manage teammate time, attendance, and schedules (work shift, vacation) for assigned functional area(s).

Provide proactive performance feedback to teammates, assist with coaching and corrective action.

Oversee training to ensure teammates receive appropriate instruction for their jobs; give succession planning recommendations.

Collaborate with Operations leadership to execute initiatives that improve DC metrics that drive financial performance.

Recommend expenses and capital investments for assigned functions.

Ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Turnover.

Make recommendations and implement customer service improvements, resolving issues related to service quality, pick‑pack‑and‑ship, and deliveries.

Support and implement the conversion of new customers at the DC to ensure successful implementation of new business.

Supervise adherence to company‑developed SOPs/ WIs for warehouse management and transportation.

Assist with monitoring and reporting performance; implement root‑cause analysis to improve teammate relations, customer quality, and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements regarding scheduled drugs, hazardous material, dating merchandise, storage requirements and reporting agencies (DOL, DEA, FDA, OSHA, etc.). Act as Designated Representative where required.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent work experience).

At least 3 years of professional supply‑chain or warehouse operations experience with leadership capability, preferably in healthcare/medical device industry.

Or any combination of relevant education and experience that meets the above requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of supply‑chain management, logistics, distribution, and warehouse management best practices.

Financial acumen including prior profit‑and‑loss responsibilities.

Ability to work fast and effectively within a matrix environment.

Demonstrated leadership potential and people‑management skills.

Proven team‑building skills internally and externally.

Exceptional customer‑relationship skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior management.

Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to direct large, complex initiatives.

Proven analytical ability and application of continuous‑improvement methodologies; ability to standardize processes across multiple sites.

Ability to lead and drive change among peers and direct reports.
