for General Contractors, Developers, and Small Business Owners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of signage materials and construction methods, and can confidently navigate the estimating process from bid review to proposal submission. Responsibilities
Reviewing architectural, civil, and life safety plans and specifications for signage scope. Performing detailed takeoffs for interior and exterior signage. Creating accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontracts. Preparing complete bid proposals for General Contractors and Developers. Developing and maintaining pricing schedules for repeat clients and product lines. Managing RFIs and coordination with PMs, sales, and fabrication teams. Tracking bid outcomes and identifying trends to improve future performance. Seniority level
