Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to customer requests efficiently.
Manage appointment schedules and room bookings for guests and staff.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures for guests.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role in a hospitality setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with booking software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
