Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 USD annually
The Judge Group is seeking a
Logistics Analyst
for our client in their Carrollton, TX area corporate offices.
Responsibilities
Analyze transportation and distribution data including freight spend, carrier performance, and shipping metrics
Create reporting tools
Manage carrier and vendor performance
Support logistics initiatives to ensure timely delivery
Create dashboards and KPI reports
Conduct root-cause analysis for service failures
Evaluate shipping lanes, mode selection, and routing
Freight forecasting and capacity planning
Participate in freight bid events and rate negotiations
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams
Lead continuous improvement initiatives including lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Maintain logistics systems ERP, TMS, and related tools
Develop models to forecast logistics spend
Qualifications
BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (Preferred)
3+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst in a manufacturing company
Knowledge of domestic and international freight operations
Very strong Excel and data analysis skills (Power BI, SQL, or similar tools a plus)
ERP experience (Infor, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Fully onsite employment
