Overview We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support Door Engineering product lines. This role coordinates projects from order acceptance through shipment, ensuring timelines, quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules for multiple projects using tools like Monday.com, Excel, and ERP systems
Prioritize engineering tasks based on customer needs and capacity
Communicate delivery details and project updates with customers and internal teams
Verify submittal packages meet order and specification requirements; resolve discrepancies
Coordinate change orders and communicate associated costs
Lead pre-production and SIOP meetings for complex projects and identify potential risks
Develop product knowledge to address technical questions
Foster strong customer relationships through follow-up and support
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in manufacturing and working with contractors/customers preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP and CAD viewing tools
Ability to travel
Preferred
Familiarity with rated orders (BABA, Buy American, D-pass, etc.)
