What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s mission and strategic goals
Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and understand national and regional priorities
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the delivery team executes work effectively and aligns with business goals
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must-have
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement across multiple groups
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
