Responsibilities
Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi‑skilled and skilled trades personnel according to skill, experience and job knowledge.
Train employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
Recommend training to enhance skill and productivity, and assist in development of training procedures.
Translate broad strategies into practical action plans and ensure employees are trained to perform them.
Ensure compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings, procedures and other technical specifications.
Oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, testing and process operations that have a significant financial impact on company performance.
Supervise qualified trades staff and monitor job and budget performance for all shifts.
Qualifications
BS/Apprentice OR High School diploma and 6 years related trade experience.
