The Optical Communications segment focuses on optical solutions across the broader communications industry, including carrier and enterprise networks. Responsibilities

Manage maintenance technicians’ daily work schedules and schedule work orders in Maximo for the group. Manage Maximo CMMS to include building PM job plans, asset creation, assign labor accounts, and manage critical spare parts inventory. Manage TPM SharePoint to include creation of equipment-specific LOTO procedures, equipment and facility asset documentation, and manage 1 line documentation for electrical infrastructure. Manage DNC and SmartBox equipment, including factory updates. Coordinate with contractors for HVAC and plumbing needs. Day-to-day duties include reading electrical schematics and manuals, planning equipment movement for building expansion, Maximo work scheduling, spare parts inventory accuracy, data collection from Databricks, and generating maintenance performance updates with PowerBI. Safety training for contractors and provide maintenance support as needed. Qualifications

Required Education : High School/General Education Diploma Required Years and Area of Experience : 3+ years CNC maintenance experience, 2 years in a leadership role Required Skills : Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Databricks, Maximo or relevant CMMS Desired Skills : Experience performing maintenance on CNC equipment, BMS, machine monitoring systems, and DNC Soft Skills : Outstanding work ethic; Team player; Results oriented; Active problem solver; Self-starter; Excellent verbal and written communications skills Hours

1st shift Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $24.75 hourly rate to $29.38 hourly rate. Starting pay depends on location, experience, and education.
