Location: Roy, UT. This position will support the GSSC program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. Relocation assistance may be available. Clearance type: Secret. Travel: Yes, 10% of the time.

Roles And Responsibilities This Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst will use Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to analyze, track, and report on project performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
EVM Analysis And Reporting
Collect and analyze project cost, schedule, and performance data.
Prepare and present comprehensive EVM reports to stakeholders, including variance analysis and forecasts.
Identify potential cost and schedule risks, issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Compliance And Best Practices
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI/EIA-748, EVMS) and company procedures.
Maintain the integrity of the EVMS and ensure its proper implementation.
Provide guidance and training to project teams on EVM principles and best practices.
Budget And Financial Planning
Assist in the development and maintenance of programmatic budgets and financial plans.
Participate in financial auditing and assessment of completed projects.
Collaborate with program management, business management, scheduling, and technical teams.
Experience in subcontractor compliance with EVM requirements, including integration of subcontract data into the prime contractor’s EVMS and analysis of performance metrics to identify and address potential issues.
Basic Qualifications
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.).
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace and Defense Business-related experience; 1 year with a master’s degree; or 6 years of related experience may be accepted with a high school diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree.
Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool, Business Intelligence and Analytics tool, Project Management and Planning tool, and/or Collaboration and Integration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation within the past 6 years).
Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling.
Experience supporting DoD contracts and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
Knowledge of ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and government reporting requirements.
Experience working in Deltek Cobra, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other EVM tools.
Strong analytical ability.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Salary and Compensation Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 – $98,300.00. The range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope of responsibilities, candidate’s experience, education, skills, and market conditions when determining offer. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in VP or Director positions may be eligible for Long‑Term Incentives. Overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and other incentives are also available. Benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
