What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide multi-faceted services for customers including new implementation and solution optimization
Engage in customer kick-off meetings to review project expectations and training timelines
Monitor project plans and implementation timelines to ensure successful delivery
Gather and create accurate requirements for software configuration tailored to customer needs
Conduct workshops and provide on-site support at go-live events as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available
Strong communication skills to manage customer support requests and project timelines
Experience in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Quality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
4+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing
Comprehensive understanding of SQL, including proficiency in writing SQL statements
Prior software implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience configuring software to meet customer requirements
Project management and consulting skills
