Growing mechanical company looking for Project Manager.
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects, including design, planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Prepare detailed project cost estimates and proposals, utilizing expertise in electrical systems.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met and potential issues are anticipated and addressed.
Monitor project progress, ensuring that work is on schedule and within budget, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating contracts to achieve the best possible terms.
Provide regular reports on project status to senior management.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in systems and construction management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the commercial sector.
Proficient in electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
