Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager (PM) with strong leadership, management, and creative problem‑solving skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex projects within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment and be able to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver mission‑critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Point of Contact (PoC) for BPA leadership.
Organize and lead kick‑off meetings, status reporting, and In‑Progress Reviews (IPRs).
Track and report BPA metrics (cost, schedule, scope).
Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Manage communication constructs across stakeholders.
Maintain the BPA backlog and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Oversee and update Playbook content (refer to Section 3.3.2).
Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
Lead and guide technical staff, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
Monitor progress to ensure compliance with deadlines, standards, and cost targets.
Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short‑term project growth and success.
Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
Required Qualifications
Education: BA/BS degree in a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments.
Certifications: PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams.
Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Active/Current Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Skills
Experience with BPA management and backlog maintenance.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver under tight deadlines.

Compensation We are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $65,000‑$75,000 per year.
