We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our Domino’s store in Denver, CO. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage store operations, staff, and sales.

Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example.
Staffing: Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
Paperwork: Complete and maintain accurate records and reports.
Cost Controls: Monitor and manage food and labor costs to meet targets.
Cash control: Ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
Food management: Maintain proper food storage and rotation practices.
Work to a Schedule: Adhere to and enforce shift schedules.
Brand Standards: Uphold Domino’s brand standards in store appearance and operations.
Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
Attendance & punctuality: Maintain excellent attendance and arrive on time for shifts.
Transportation: Secure reliable transportation to/from work.
Store cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Marketing: Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions.
Profitability: Contribute to store profitability through effective management.
Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance goals.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet Domino’s quality standards before delivery.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders as needed.
Technology Proficiency: Effectively use Domino’s point-of-sale and management systems.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts among team members professionally.
Performance Evaluations: Assist in conducting regular performance reviews for team members.

Qualifications
Must live in, near, or be moving to the Denver area.
Additional Information
Stooping/bending forward at waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Reaching above 72″ occasionally to operate oven controls.
Frequent use of forearms and wrists.
Driving duties: Deliver product by car to customer door, deliver flyers and door hangers.
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
Physical demands: Carry pizzas and beverages while walking, climbing stairs; driving within a delivery area; walking between store and vehicle.
Physical Demands Carrying during delivery, carrying pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties. Driving deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A team member may make several deliveries per shift. Walking delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location. Climbing during delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
