Act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on Icertis product features and capabilities to help customers optimize their contract management processes Work on customer environments to implement new changes and configuration updates, using functional skills to enhance the customer system for a better user experience Drive the process of gathering customer requirements and translating them into functional designs for the Icertis platform Specialize in resolving issues related to customer-specific configurations, third‑party integrations, and product functionality, providing workarounds to minimize downtime Develop knowledge‑based articles and training materials to foster self‑sufficiency for both customers and internal staff, improving troubleshooting efficiency for the CLM centre of excellence Provide functional expertise, guidance, and mentorship to other team members, contributing to their growth Adhere to and contribute to defined CLM processes to manage customer requests efficiently and participate in organizational projects to improve product supportability Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Seniority level
