Join a well-established manufacturing organization executing a multi-country Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management transformation. This team operates at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, engineering, and an external implementation partner. The focus is on standardizing global processes, improving execution at the plant level, and delivering a scalable ERP foundation across multiple deployment waves.

Key role in a large-scale, global Dynamics 365 FSCM rollout
High-visibility partnership with manufacturing and operations leadership
Hands-on involvement across implementation, testing, and stabilization phases
Close collaboration with plant teams in North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and global stakeholders
How You Will Make An Impact
Map current-state manufacturing and supply chain processes and design future-state workflows aligned to D365 FSCM
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation
Lead fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with global standards
Configure and support core D365 manufacturing and supply chain modules, including Production Control, PIM, Inventory, and WMS
Support manufacturing execution scenarios and production order lifecycle processes
Partner with technical teams to support integrations, reports, labels, workflows, and MES-related interfaces
Drive testing readiness, execute SIT/UAT support, and track defects through resolution
Facilitate workshops, training, and change adoption activities for plant and business users
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
Are You an Experienced D365 FSCM Manufacturing Professional Ready to Make an Impact?
7 to 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in manufacturing ERP environments
Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 FSCM (F&O) experience with manufacturing focus
Proven experience supporting full ERP implementation lifecycles
Solid understanding of configuration elements such as forms, reports, security, and integrations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Ability to work onsite five days per week at one of the designated locations
Exposure to Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, or Azure tools is a plus
